"Stopped in for the 1st time after my vape crapped out, & have been a loyal customer ever since. By far the best prices I’ve found for the vape brand I like, & she always has them in stock. I’ve bought 50+ & have only had 1-that was no bueno. But honestly who hasn’t had 1-die early? Maybe I’ve lucked out, or maybe she’s actually selling products which haven’t been on the shelf forever. I’m happy to roll the dice! + the owner has been nothing but kind to me, & even closed the store late when traffic was bad due to an accident."

"Loyal customer & have been for almost 2 years until today. Usually my experience is just fine however both the vapes I purchased today continued to burn even after I stopped hitting them and had very little flavor, basically none. I tested them both in the store. The lady at the register said she could not exchange them for new ones since both have smoke coming out when I hit them. That means if you get a vape burnt to a crisp fresh out of the box (which we know this is not uncommon), zero flavor, or it continues to burn the battery so you’ll have a burnt vape by the end of the day that’s just too bad and you’re SOL. Since all of these are prone to happening (I’ve had no problem getting an exchange at any other smoke shop, that’s the whole purpose of testing in store right?) I don’t recommend going here. Reading the other low-star reviews makes it seem like this is a common problem. She refused to give me an exchange & said she’d have to contact her boss in order to do one, which she also refused to do. I began to write down my contact information so her boss could contact me & she tried to take the notepad from my hands. When I continued my hold on it and brought it closer to me she frantically told me to write down my name. I can’t write down my name if she snatches the notepad from me first which I said and she denied. Her hands were on my hands so I’m not sure how she can deny that. She kept saying how the owner will see that the smoke is coming out on the surveillance camera & that the vape was working & talked over me when I tried to explain to her that although it is “working”, it’s going to become a dud within a day or two, to which she continued to talk over me saying they are not the manufacturer. No sh-t. Since a simple exchange could not have taken place I expect a full refund."

"Great prices and really enjoy going here until an extremely bad experience. I asked for an item and the clerk grabbed what looked like the correct item and put it in a bag with my other items. Then took my money and I walked out the door. LITERALLY two steps outside the door, I took the bottle out of the bag and noticed it was the wrong type. The brand and cost were the same so i figured no big deal and went right back inside to exchange it. The woman at the counter told me no that's what i asked for and since i left she wont exchange it. For a $40 item after having been a long time customer this and not having walked 2 feet out side the threshold this is terrible customer service and business ethics. The $400 a month my wife and I spend apparently does not mean much to them, so now they just won't get it."
