"This was my first massage and a great one. I was looking for deep tissue massage as I'm dealing with sciatica. She did some trigger point /deep tissue massage as well as a whole body massage. After two sessions with Kate I have considerable relief and healing from the sciatica. I'm walking better and have much less pain. She showed me some good stretches and her yoga classes which are gentle or chair based. Great results. I highly recommend Kate."

It’s gentle yoga, so anyone can participate, but she has variations of the moves for those in better shape or more advanced in yoga. I’m very happy we have a great yoga class in Battle Ground. I also love the space with it’s beautiful glass walls (especially when it rains outside)."
"I have been going to Kate’s Tuesday evening Gentle Flowing Yoga class since last year. I love that each class is different and that she offers modifications so everyone-students new to yoga, those with health or mobility challenges, and experienced students-all remain engaged. Kate always invites feedback and does truly listen to suggestions. I also see Kate once a month for a deep tissue massage. She is an excellent massage therapist and has helped alleviate my chronic muscle stiffness and body aches."
