"been a customer for three years. never had an issue while with or sent in for my sister. now i understand the past, more poor reviews. forgot an item on a call in from my sister last month and when going to grab the new employee said no it could not be added on or she would get in trouble. its a beauty supply, not a court house. basically denying a sale that totals into the hundreds? that seems more criminal than adding items to an order that was called in from my family member with her license. my advice? lighten up a little, taking things so seriously or being so hell bent on following the rules over customer service or someones experiences shouldnt be a thing."

"The only reason they're even getting 2 stars is because the guy working was great! However, the girl named Felicia made me feel like a complete idiot when I asked for a price rage on facial stuff for my boss. Then I went to pay and she wasn't going to sell to me because apparently my old licence was on file and expired in 2014. Someone want to explain to me how I go in there all the time and never once had an issue and no one ever told me they didn't have my new one in file. She tried telling me that it only askes sometimes. Well in 4years its not once been an issue until today. I will NOT be back here."
