"I believe Kristopher with a 'K' went to drill sergeant Barber school! Kris is a perfectionist in addition to being firm. He is direct in gaining client expectations in what to expect from him. I have a special needs 5 year old grandson (V) who has had his hair cut at specialty children's shops (think sitting in your choice of car while playing with toys), but I wanted to support local businesses in my community & also enjoy the convenience of his shop just minutes away! My grandson can get a bad case of ants in his pants at the drop of a hat. To be fair, Kris gave advanced warning that if V couldn't sit still, at any point the hair cutting process would stop & out the door you go. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous waiting for the ants to appear! Kris did give V a couple of stern warnings in which V settled right down. V needs structure & boundaries along with clear communication. Kris delivered the goods! They are a good fit... And I must say, hands down, V got the best haircut he's ever received! (minus the toys in hand which is distracting!) Kudos to you Kris! V will be back! Happy Holidays & Blessings to You & Yours, from grateful grandma!"

I think they should remove their television, as it us always tuned to a political station that infuriates half of their clients."

"My son got his haircut twice at the Barber shop. This first time he had a lady. She was nice and did a good job cutting his hair. When it was time for my son to get a haircut again my husband took him. There was a man cutting hair and immediately when my husband walked in said they are changing policy soon and not cutting kids hair. Then asked if he will actually sit still. He loves his hair being cut and has had it cut since he was about 9 months old. My son who is 5 years old did turn his head once, which is totally normal, and said if he didn't sit still he would just stop with the hair cut and not cut anymore. He went on to say more negative comments about children and made it very clear my son is not welcome there anymore. My son now says the Barber hates him he was that rude. He has always enjoyed getting his haircut. Hopefully this unprofessional man hasn't ruined that for my son. While I am sure he gives fine hair cuts I hope that if they still advertise they cut kids hair, parents will avoid them. It is definitely NOT a place to bring children for a hair cut. I can not speak for the adult side of getting a hair cut, and who knows they could be cordial, but this review is for how they treat children."
