"Did not have a good experience, my son who is 12 left looking like he still needed a haircut. Awful fade, didn’t do at all was what asked. He has a simple haircut with a hard part and did not leave with a good cut at all. And it was 29.00 then plus tip I was very clear in the length requested with pictures. Before he got out of the chair I requested shorter and to clean the neck (like who doesn’t shave the neck on a cut with a fade) . Barely touched it, no hard part. At that point I didn’t want it to get any worse. I appreciate the offer to fix it, but I would not want to make a bad haircut even worse. My husband is bald and had a good experience at your location."

"This place rules. I arrived about an hour before they finished up for the day after trying the already-closed barbershop in downtown Arlington. I called K1 from the parking lot of the nearby way-too-packed Great Clips about ten minutes later and asked about the wait time. I was told they’d be ready for me in 5-10 minutes. That was fine. I was ~15 minutes away. When I arrived, I was almost immediately seated and dealt with. A beautiful Asian woman cut my hair and unexpectedly wrapped things up with hot shaving cream and a straight razor, which was a pleasant surprise. I love the way my hair looks and the fact that they gave me a $2 discount for paying in cash (I don’t normally have cash, but the closed-at-5 Arlington haircut place I tried to go to doesn’t take plastic so I happened to have some on me). I’m new to the area, but I will return to K1 barbershop every time I need a haircut from now on. I don’t care how long the wait time is. K1 does an amazing job for a reasonable price and I appreciate the fact that they’re available when their competitors aren’t. I’ve never left a recommendation for a barbershop/salon on Google Maps before, but these folks earned it. I’ve been here twice, and Kathy cut my hair both times. She does a phenomenal job. Also worth noting: the bathroom is clean and well kept."
