"Scheduled an appointment with Catherine for a cut and a brow wax. My eyebrows turned out ok, however I am very upset about my hair cut. She was very rough while washing and brushing my hair, at one point apologizing for being rough and then not be any gentler. I also asked for a trim, and I thought I had layers (which I guess I didn’t have any according to her) so she said she’d give me layers and proceeded to cut a huge amount of face framing without telling me or asking to do so, and then said “I just gave you face framing but decided not to ask you, I hope that’s ok”. Leaving I didn’t realize how much hair she’d actually cut off, until I got home and noticed a 3” difference between my “face framing” and my actual hairline, on a good half of the left side of my head. I didn’t bother to go back to “make it right” because you can’t put the hair back that was cut off, and I sure didn’t want to go back and let them cut more to try and blend it better. Just wanted to give any trusting patrons like me fair warning to go in and tell your stylist exactly what you want with no diversions from your request."

"I have been going to the suite salon and spa for 5 years now and have always had the best experience! I see Alex Crandall for all my skin, beauty and tiny tattoo needs! I always leave glowing and happy. Alex always goes above and beyond and gives you a personalized experience. I have gone to her for eye brow micro blading, eye brow and upper lip waxing, eyelash extensions, teeth whitening, facials, and tattoos! I also have been going to Ashley for my perfect blonde color for 2 years now! She always makes me look shiny and bright blonde when I leave and does the best job!"

"This was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and Danielle was so great!! she took the time before to really go over what I wanted, checked that I was comfortable and happy with the color multiple times, and made it clear she was happy to fix anything I was unhappy with (there wasn’t though, I’m so happy with my hair now). Prices are transparent online and totally reasonable and she also checked I was ok with the cost beforehand which I appreciated so much. This is definitely my new go to salon & I’ll definitely recommend it to people I know!"
