"Budget quality at a luxury price. To give you an idea of what you can expect here: they allocate 30 minutes total to a men's haircut, and about 10 minutes of that is wasted on a shampoo/condition, scalp massage, and some hot towel thing. That means you're realistically only getting 20 minutes of actual haircut. Anyone who's ever had a haircut outside of Great Clips knows that you can't do most styles justice in 20 minutes. For my personal experience: my regular stylist got covid and I desperately needed a cut so I came here, asked for a quiff, showed a picture, and was instantly being clipped down to nothing on the sides. My stylist saw my reaction to the very close buzz they'd just given me, and decided to be overly cautious for the rest of the haircut. I don't know why they thought they could just suddenly change their vision halfway through a cut but, by the end of it all, I walked out with a mushroom head instead of quiff--the lower line of my hair is buzzed almost to the scalp while the upper line is voluminous enough to bowl out. There's no blending at all. In short, I paid $59 for easily the worst haircut I've received in over a decade. Do not recommend."
