"We took our 19 month old twin boys for their first haircuts with Katy. We couldn't believe they didn't cry! Their haircuts turned out really cute. One of our boys sat in the fire engine chair and Katy did a great job cutting my other little guy's hair while I held him to keep him calm. "My 4 year old daughter Lily had her first hair cut other then bangs. It was a great first experience for her. Stylist was great. I purchased a card for $5 that says First haircut at Frances grace and has a little bag with lock of her hair. Very nice staff and very clean and friendly place."

"This is the worst hair cut place I’ve experienced with. My husband and my son both got haircuts. First of all, they messed up my husband’s hair. Kept trimming and now too short to fix but looks really bad. Top hair not blending with the back hair. Then my son’s hair, there is a big chunk on hair not cut and also do they not know how to comb somebody’s hair? They gave $15 off but I’m surprised that they even made us pay for my husband’s hair after messing up multiple times and it’s not redeemable as they tried to fix and cut too short. Messed up all our holiday plans ahead. What a way to treat customers too. Addendum: We called and found out the person who cut my husband hair was new. Took more than 60min and made the hair pretty much unrecoverable. They said when we made appt they were supposed to let us know. Obviously they didn’t and also surprised that they charge full for a new person? He was basically used as a practice? The owner kindly fixed my son’s hair. My son’s hair was cut by somebody not new though? If one of them was bad, we might have thought it’s just one time thing but both haircuts being this bad… and we paid money to look bad… I don’t recommend going in before getting your family pictures."
