"Visiting from out of town on pre-deployment leave and booked an appointment at 12 and got there at 11:40, no one was there when I showed up so I waited until 12…then it was 12:25 and still no show. Called multiple times and left a voicemail, nobody answered. Had things to do today and I thought that booking an appointment would save me some time but in fact did the exact opposite. Says they’re open 24 hours but I got there well before my appointment and well after and doors were locked with no one there."
