"Don't sign up for iPostal1 service with this Staples store. I made forwarding requests but they never forward the packages out even when you pay for it. I called the store and they said they have no answer for it. It seems no one in the store knows what they are doing."
"they go thur to many employees, prices are not the same when yo get to the register, lot of empty spots where product should be. lot of talking to each other, when those holes could be filled. super long line for returns for amazon, maybe have an employee just do that."

She know how to handle the customer in polite way simultaneously teaching new staff member.
