"I came here for three years. Started to bring my son. My wife used a photo as a reference to a haircut my son has had before. When we showed the lady, she laughed and said “no that’s ugly” and preceded to ignore him crying and being extremely hurt as it was literally a photo of him. We tried to address it, and was met with “eh”. Won’t ever come back here again. Not child friendly as well."
