"Went in for a pedicure. The tech didn't speak to me at all through the entire pedicure. Then I wanted her use tools on me and wash them off in the water in the pedicure tub that my feet were in, then put them back in her carrier. The shop was completely empty but when I was done she told me, "You go. You go." & rushed me out the door even though my toes were still wet and they didn't need the chair."

"My experience started off well, good customer care very nice. The quality of nails however wasn’t there. I was getting a fill so my acrylic was still good—I wasn’t happy with the nail shape & the paint so I came in 2 days later to have them fixed. I felt like they were annoyed that I asked for a slight fix and when I had her re-shape them it ruined the nail and paint on the sides. So now what was $80 is now going to cost me another $80+ to get a new set on and I’ll most likely not be going here to get the new full set. Super bummed as this was my first experience at this spot and I just moved here so I was looking for a new nail salon local to me."

"I used to come here about three years ago and they were pretty good or at least one woman was. I came in today and I picked out a purple dip and she started putting on red. When I pointed it out, she grabbed another color that she thought was the number and it was a different type of a red and she put that on. And then when I showed her that this wasn’t purple she realized she got it wrong again and then she put the purple on top of it. It looked horrible my nails are kind of brownish now and there is a bunch of color all over my fingers two of the nails are super dark because she put two coats of different types of red and then purple on top of it. This is the worst manicure job I ever had and it was $45 pre-tip. I did tip her but that was only because I wanted to leave. I think there were some other women who worked there that were really good, I just got the worst one I’m sure. I will never go back, in fact when I get back from California I am going to get my nails fixed by another salon."
