"This place is adorable and affordable! They are a small bakery shop that serves all sorts of Asian pastries, they also have boba tea and Vietnamese sandwiches. I highly recommend visiting and buying some treats from them. For payment cash is preferred but they accept credit card payments. The reason they keep their prices low is avoiding the extra bank fees so paying cash or tipping helps!"
