"Went there for some face masks and a couple of other things but their employees don't seem to know where items are. If someone comes asking for face masks you can direct them to the Isle where the bandages and wraps are (sports related stuff). I won't lower the star rating but they should know better."

"It's Fred Meyer. This one has an obnoxious amount of security compared to the one I live near. I guess it's a sign of the new times, and kinda sad. I didn't like looking for someone to unlock a shirt, I didn't like the single entrance to the beer aisle, I didn't like the multiple attendant calls at the self-check-out, and I didn't like the security at the door. I can't see how this neighborhood can deal with this daily. I hope my town doesn't get this bad."

"Went to fred meyer and was rudely asked to give my reciept over. I opened my shoe box and said my reciept is right there. This security guard snatched it out of my hand. Crumpled it up. Told me to leave. Than told me as I was leaving I was being threatened with a gun. And than as I walked out had his hand on his gun. Pointing behind me telling me someone was behind me. Noone was behind me. Absolutely worse fred meyer store."

"We ordered a specialized cake here for my daughter’s birthday about a week ago and it was set to be picked up at 2pm today. They called us at 11am today saying they can’t make the cake because their decorator called in sick. This was completely inconvenient, unprofessional, and added more stress to our day. You can’t tell someone this LAST MINUTE and then not even bother to offer any solutions or compensation for my waste of time and inconvenience. I had to call back to even get anyone to do anything to help us. My daughter’s party is in just a few hours and we are left SCRAMBLING because of their unprofessionalism."

"Great customer service run by people who care about their customers. You can get whatever you need at a competitive price. Try their pick-up services as well. Store is always well stocked and features a clean and fresh produce department, stocked grocery department with wide shoppable aisles, a great bakery department and top of the line fresh meat department. Home and apparel are fantastic as well. Don't waste your time shopping at Safeway. Shop Freddie's, you'll get everything you need plus some. Also the front end manager is a nice guy. He wears nice shoes and usually smells good. He offered me a free hello fresh box and even suggested some of his favorite meals. If you are ever in the store ask for Brandon. Give him a high five for me and ask him about hello fresh!"
