I needed grout for some hand made tiles and Abigail not only provided great service, she went above and beyond. By proactively sharing a list of their available grout’s and caulks to having the colors with the best prospects for a match brought from their separate warehouse to the store to save time. And when it turned out the best match was not one of their colors but a color I could purchase at a big box, she sent me the isle and bay location information for that product in a text message after confirming they had good stock for my project. I have to have carpet installed very soon. Emerald installation will get my business."

"We went to Emerald Installation for new carpet and laminate flooring based on their 5 star reviews and boy those reviews were right. They are fantastic!! We shopped around and were under whelmed by other places. A competitor's estimate stated that carpet seams will show! Natasha assured us that the would not happen with Emerald and she was right. Everyone there was kind and patient with us as we took awhile to figure out what we wanted. They went to extreme lengths to make sure we were happy. "From start to end the team members I interacted with, Christian and Rachel, were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, accommodating, and flexible. we had a minor issue with a contractor they used but they immediately apologized and went above and beyond to fix it at their expense. They even made additional minor upgrades/improvements at their cost. When we needed additional work to be done they were upfront about costs and timeframes. I would highly recommend them for any flooring projects you may have!"

"3/14-UPDATE- 5 star Google review from employees? This is your fix for our bad experience and ruined furniture? WOW. THANK YOU LOWES for stepping up when this horrible company refuses to fix their mistake and do what is right. 3/8- If I could give this Installation company a 0 I would. We set everything up with Lowe's to have new carpets installed in our home. We were beyond thrilled for our installation day. The installers arrived around 9:15 Monday morning (3/4). I had broke down everything in our 3 bedrooms and office as requested prior to the install. The two guys decided they would move everything left over into our master bedroom so they could work on the two extra rooms, hallway, office and stairs first. While they were pulling up the old carpet and putting down the new padding, my cousin arrived to see how everything was going. It is important to know that, because she actually came upstairs to look at the progress and to see the bedroom set that we had just had delivered a few weeks prior. She had not seen it in person, just via a picture I sent her the day before the install (picture 1). After they finished the 2 rooms, hall, stairs and office, they moved everything out of the master bedroom to finish the install. I had to pick my son up from school but felt that I could trust them enough to leave them here while I ran down the street. After I arrived back home, they all scurried to clean up and leave. They asked me to sign their phone saying they did the install and left. I wish I had taken the time to look over everything. BIG MISTAKE. After my husband arrived back home, he noticed that two of our master bedroom pieces had been damaged (picture 2). So, naturally, I contacted the company to see what they could do. The chain of emails that followed and the phone call it led to were quite surprising. I sent the before picture showing no damage and the after picture showing the damage to the two pieces. They responded saying they would not take further action because it looks to them that it was "chewed or damaged by an animal". ***NOTE - we have a custom gate at the bottom of the stairs that block our dogs from coming upstairs unsupervised. It was taken down for the installation. During the install our pets were in our back yard or in my SUV with me. After the install they were downstairs as the gate was back up at that point. They are both highly trained and do not chew furniture. Our cats can't do this type of damage*** After a closer look to to the damage, we noticed paint transfer from the blue dresser to our white one (picture 3). Only after I sent that picture did someone email me back asking to contact me on the next business day (today, Friday the 8th) and what we were looking to get out of this. I gave them 3 choices. 1. Restore the pieces to their original form, 2. Replace the two item, or 3. Compensate us so that we can do our best to restore them ourselves. After all the pictures, Emerald Installation still refuses to take responsibility for the damage. They even went a step further to say the installers stated that when they arrived that the two damaged dressers were turned around and facing the wall. ***Please see picture 4, taken at 7:47 the morning of the installation. You can see my husband standing in the middle of the picture, the damaged white dresser to the left of him, NOT facing the wall as the installers claimed. Picture 5 is for verification that we, in fact, did not turn our dresser around. *** All we wanted was for the company to take responsibility for their mistake and help us fix our furniture that was damaged. We would have been fine if they helped us restore the damage, or if they even wanted to help by buying the items we would need to restore them ourselves. They flat out said no, believed the lies their installers told them and now we have to live with 2 damaged pieces of furniture valued at over $750. We have a call into Lowe's. Our hope is that they are willing to help us since Emerald Installation will not, even with the facts and the pictures."
