"Having car trouble is a stressful nightmare, and Portland Best absolutely rocked the house and got my car diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. I needed a jump and wasn’t able to access my cables because of a dead battery, and I hoofed it over to Portland Best, which was in walking distance. The kind mechanic gave me a ride to my car and gave me a jump so I could drive it over to their shop to be looked at. Absolutely above and beyond service. I’m very happy I chose them."
"I think their service was fine. I was annoyed by the fact that I had spoken to at least four people at the shop about having my car repaired without anyone mentioning a $175 diagnostic fee. The diagnostic fee was mentioned after the diagnostic service had been done, and I had no choice but to pay it. I found that Irritating and slightly shady. That’s the kind of technique or strategy that would make me not return to a place. Have they been upfront about the diagnostic fee, I still would’ve paid it and used but Would’ve felt better about it."
