"I have never wore a wig...I'm losing hair badly and it took a lot of guts to get the courage up to walk into a wig store. I wasn't sure what look would be most flattering on me so I wanted to try several on. I was planning on purchasing at least 2 wigs. After I tried on my 3rd wig I was told I could not try anymore on. I was like whaaaa? How on earth can I decide on what wigs out of the hundreds of wigs they have I wanted without trying as many on as I needed to??? I left with my hundreds of dollars and went somewhere else...I'm happy with the purchases I made at another wig shop where I was able to try on any amount of wigs needed to find the right ones"

"I love the products they do have , but good luck with customer service. I needed help finding some butterfly locs and when I asked for help they simply sent me to the section without listening to the question I had. If you know what you need this place is for you, but if you need help forget it. Know exactly what to get and make sure that they have enough of what you need."
