"Went in looking to buy 20 gallons of Emerald latex exterior paint. Sales associate told us they didn’t have stock. Then told us they didn’t make it any more. When I asked for options she said they didn’t have any and it would take weeks to get in it. Said they would have a manager look into it and call me back. Next morning I get a voicemail saying my paint was ready. Believe me, I’m happy to have my paint but the customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in years."
