"Charming Hair Spa located right here in Lakewood, nearby the Town Center. The salon is spotless. Beautiful view of a lovely garden in the back. It's easy to make/get an appointment. Always on time. "The woman who did my hair was nice, but the color didn't stay in my hair for more than a week, which was a HUGE disappointment. I re dyed my hair myself and it's lasted well over a month. Especially for the price, I wouldn't recommend"
"I cannot comment on hair cuts but if you want your hair colored I would not recommend Mark. I went in wanting a two tone color. AFTER I was in the chair, I wanted to consider a red, and was told he would not recommend it. Did not make any suggestions or offer to bring out a book so I could look at colors. So I kept with my two tone blonde. He said "I do not like to do foils, I would rather pull it from a cap, so I said OK. He said "I do not have a cap". Proceeded to do foils. When it was done, it looked fine as he did not style it (messy is how I wear it and he did not have putty or gel). I got home and started to style it and found he did not do the roots! I sent an email...no answer as he said "I cannot get into the comments". Ok, I went in. He did do the roots...but, that was a 40 mile round trip with a toll to get it fixed. No offers of future cuts or service discounted. Just a bad over all experience."
