"Wasn't sure if there was a place in Yelm to get some authentic carne. Google came through. Fresh cuts and the owner seasoned it right up. Slapped it on the iron and turned so good. Great cuts. Friendly guys and will continue to support their business. They also cook on Saturday and Sunday. Haven't been yet but will attend."
