"If you want to be treated like garbage come here . The staff are rude except for the lady who answer phone. Even if you have an appointment they will make you wait up to one hour, They have no respect with your time. The push to have the expensive nail polish and for the service you don’t want , And no they will still push and make you feel badly about your self. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The two stars is for the reception lady ,she is very friendly I really like her , but the rest of the people’s works there they’re horrible. Please take your $ to peoples who value your Bussiness and respect your time. Also the price they have on the menu, they say it is old one so they will charge you different price. One the men it show $35 their will charge $50 , They rip you off in your face and they think people’s are stupid not to see that. We see we just don’t say anything. I will never bring my business to you even again."
"After hearing how much a friend liked it, disappointing. People were nice, but polish wasn't great. Messy on toes and topcoat was on more than finger nails."
"I got a gel manicure and pedicure today and had two different women help me. Each was an entirely different experience. My gel manicure was done first and the lady butchered my fingers. They are sore, scabbed and she filed my nails so low my fingertips are raw. She kept laughing at me as I flinched, it was so weird. There’s gel polish remaining on all of my fingers, both red and clear. Every one of my nails has a large shiny ring around it that feels stiff and uncomfortable. (Like, I kid you not, down to my distal knuckle joint in some cases) These images were taken after 5 hand washes, two of which were with a nail brush. My pedicure was lovely except their massage chairs don’t work and my legs were actually falling asleep because the seat was so hard. The woman who helped me did a fabulous job, though. My toes look and feel great. I was so excited reading the reviews about this place, hoping to have found my new nail spot. I was sadly very disappointed."
