"I came in with the worst set ever and needed help with fixing it so badly! I start a new job tomorrow and needed a fresh set asap. They sat me down communicated thay they would have to remove them and do a fresh set because I wanted a new shape too. And when I tell you the attention to detail was everything. I didn't feel afraid to tell them to match the other side or fix the length or anything! I felt really listened to. And the boss reassured me if I didn't like the new outcome she would personally fix them herself. But no need. My tech Anna did a fabulous job!!"

"The entire staff was very friendly and my nail tech, Amanda, knocked it out of the park with my nails. I had a small coughing fit because of the acrylic powder and she immediately asked my if I needed/wanted water. She also made sure that I was happy with my nails as she did each step. Thank you Amanda and Vinci Nails! Edit to add: Went there again today and, as always, it was amazing! The black and red set is my newest and was done by Jenny. Thank you ladies!!! "I wanted to wait after getting my nails done a few times before giving a review just because I’ve always had terrible experiences at nail salons and I wanted to give an honest review. I can say I’ve found the best salon in Tacoma! I’ve scheduled with Anna at least four times and she’s done my nails the best out of all other people who have touched my hands at other salons. My nails last about 2 weeks where previously they would lift a few days after getting them done elsewhere. Everyone at the salon is so sweet and I love when I go for my fills. Anna is great, she’s the first nail technician that has actually listened to my requests and not tried to give me what she thinks looks “best”. I feel comfortable speaking up when I have a request. She’s always down to do complex designs too and improvise to create a look. She’s also SUPER detail oriented which is great. The salon is really clean and they’re mindful of sanitation. I don’t have the best photos unfortunately. I’m now a regular and I plan to travel here to get my nails done if I end up moving out of town. 10/10!"

"The ladies here are always so so sweet. I adore coming in and I always feel well cared for and my nails look amazing! I came in yesterday 10/9 to get my spooky nails and i asked for cartoonish ghosts and pumpkins and Amanda did AMAZING making sure the design was how I liked it. She took the extra time to make sure each nail looked perfect. I can't recommend this place enough"
