"Ed Jones and staff are excellent at what they do. We have purchased 4 bikes over the past year and Bike Envy is a fare and reasonable shop. All bikes were assembled and fitted professionally. The only issues that we have needed to bring our bikes back in for were UPGRADES!!! YAHOO!!, which were all fairly priced and professionally installed. It's a small shop with a hometown family feel and we will not go anywhere else. Thanks Bike Envy"
"Ed and his wife are one of a kind. With all my experience in bicycling " 7000 + touring miles". they have got to be the best owners and bike shop I've ever been to. I had a very difficult situation. Ed went over and above to get me back on the road. It was a emergency repair and basically he rummaged through everything and in hi shop to get me going. 2 weeks later and miles down the road I'm finally finished repairing my bike with upgraded parts. Thank you to your wife for listening to me whining. Ed I wish I could package you up and take you on my touring. God speed Dennis"
