"Horrible customer service bought a snowboard, bindings, and boots from them. When I purchased the snowboard, they didn't correctly put the bindings on it. I have to redo it. Then, the laces broke down on a boot, so I called the guy. He said they would fix that for free and charged me for it anyway. Also, I tried to exchange my bindings, so I used them several times. I didn't lik the fit; they said they could not exchange them. Completely unsatisfied with their customer service. I don't recommend this store."
"Needed to get new snowboard boots and binding. We were helped at the desk upstairs to make a walk in appointment. Took about 15-20 minutes to been seen and then sat down with the fitter. Tess was our fitter, she was very friendly and extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed."
"Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I was helped by Ben on a snowboard boot issue. He was able to use his expertise to pinpoint the perfect solution for my problem while being very nice and friendly. Will definitely come back."
"I had bought ski boots a year ago from Evo. I have an extremely small boot size (22.5) and had to have a lot of work done on them as they would not fit my feet correctly (+5 boot fittings). My most recent appointment with Eli really saved my ski season. He helped me get my boots to fit and took extra time to make sure I wasn’t in any boot related pain. It was a fabulous experience and I have been skiing all season pain free because of his help. If you need a brilliant boot fitter, Eli is your guy. Thank you!"
