"After looking up something i got realized they definitely buy off amazon or temu and mark up the price alot of the items were all similar found on temu or amazon. Seems like the owners aggressive especially looking at other reviews definitely go somewhere else if you want a true small business. Its a shame the staff ruin the store for alot of customers."
"Cute little odds and ends touristy souvenir shop. I bought a preserved bat, I guess you could say taxidermied in a sense. Many fun, unique, quirky trinkets and collectibles to sort through."
"My boyfriend and I live right around the block and always love what we see in the windows, but can never catch them open. Once we were FINALLY free and they were open, we were met with judgment and embarrassment by the store clerks for simply shopping. There's so much there and takes a little while to look but with a store full of people, we were asked if we were going to be done shopping soon because we were "making them feel uncomfortable".On top of that, they restricted us from going to the upstairs area, while others were free to roam, asked to put my purse behind the register after having been there for 20 minutes and more. All in all, t was an extremely disappointing experience, and I hope no one else is made to feel the way we did for simply trying to shop at a local small business."
"One of my favorite stores downtown! Very eclectic and bright and colorful! There’s a HUGE selection, I find tons of new stuff every time I go in. My favorite part is looking through all of the weird and kitschy costume jewelry. The workers are usually friendly and helpful, and will help you find certain items if you’re looking for something specific! Last time I was in, we even got a little demonstration of their novelty lighters and got to try them out before deciding which ones to purchase"
