"I scheduled waay in advance for my 3 kids and husband on our wedding day for our wedding. They rushed the service because they didn’t have enough people. The stylist doing my girls hair was upset and seemed to take it out on my little girls hair. They hurt my their heads being way to rough, even after my girls repeatedly said oww oww hurts. She made an excuse not to wash my youngest daughters hair because dirty hair is better for updo, even though we did not ask for one. All she had to do and ended up doing was curl her hair. But they washed everyone else’s hair. We did not like how the haircuts on our 2 girls, son and husband turned out. They did not do a professional job. They butchered my son’s hair and didn’t do what my husband wanted either. They charged way too much especially for kid’s haircuts. It didn’t make sense to charge for washing and blow drying hair for an upcharge on an already high priced cut. I feel like they charged extra for unethical reasons. My husband was way too anxious and nice to complain, being he had a wedding to finish getting ready for."

"She cut it a good two inches shorter than I said, it was a fine length but still. It wasn't until I got home that I realized she left hair dye all over the back of my neck and behind my ears. Someone else not working on my hair (I think the owner) turned away two clients because they were "all booked" but then sat around talking non stop to me and kept shoving her phone in my face to look at pictures while getting my hair washed. Nope, never again."

"Knowledgeable and skillful nail technicians, very clean and tidy. I appreciated the professionalism and adherence to universal precautions, and the attention to detail. They protect their workers from bloodborne pathogens by wearing gloves and sanitizing the area, and also have single use nail files and the like. My manicure looks wonderful and feels solid. I will definitely return."
