"Been here four times each time with someone different and only once was I happy with my haircut. Today I received the worst butchering of my life. My haircut is very simple and I explained very clearly what I wanted which was also available in my clip notes…I did not want bald patches and uneven lines. If you’re feeling brave you might get lucky and get the one stylist who knows what they’re doing but it’s not worth the risk! Go anywhere else. I hear the haircuts in prison are decent-definitely can’t be worse than what you would get here."

"I've had almost as many bad hair cuts here as good! There is one stylist that has done a good job several times and I won't go to anyone else! The problem is they NEVER answer the phone so I can find out if she's working. So I've driven there twice and immediately because she wasn't working and went to the competition in frustration! The owner is losing business due to unanswered calls, I guarantee it! A phone ringing is a cash register ringing! Answer the dang phone!"

"The staff need some serious training here. I am the pharmacy manager next door and have lunch from 130:2 I was told as long as I have an appointment set up I can come in whenever and if someone is available I can get in , I set up my appointment before work at 8:45 and came in during lunch only to find out I was taken off the list because they remove you after 3 hrs I was told so the next day I made another appointment 1.5 hrs before lunch came in and was removed again and now a different person told me it’s an hour not three hours you can be in the system … this is a waste of my time and the person who told me this would not look me in the eyes and I was ignored the worker possible place to cut your hair if they don’t know the rules of their business what makes you think they know the rules on how to cut hair? Makes you think twice and definitely will never recommend this place. Extremely disappointed"
