I have so many dental issues that I joke with Dr Tieu, no offense intended, but I’m getting tired of seeing him. It’s not really true though—I’m in good, knowledgeable hands, and Dr Tieu is, in general, a delightful person to know."
"I have never been into this office before and was trying to get myself set up here for a cleaning and figure out if I was covered with my insurance here and when I called the lady on the phone she was just rude. I am trying to figure this out and she had no answers was honestly just talking to me rude like she didn’t want to talk to me or try and help me at all. She didn’t even try to help set me up, so I wouldn’t even want to go here. Get nicer people on the phones. I don’t like being talked to by rude unhelpful people with no answers."
"I'm a newer patient for this clinic. I switched to this dentist due to the excellent care he gave my 88 year old mother when she needed urgent treatment and her regular dentist wasn't available. He takes time to uncover the problem and then thoroughly explains options and his treatment plan. Dr. Tieu, along with his front and back office staff, are confident and skilled as well as friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic."
