"Dr. Pham is one of the most dedicated, conscientious, and skilled dentists I have ever encountered. He is kind, patient, and also a good listener and communicator. When I had concerns following a wisdom tooth extraction, he was very patient in showing me my X-rays, explaining what had happened, and logically showing me that everything was ok. An excellent practitioner."
"I came in on Thursday to have a broken tooth repaired. As it was my first visit to this office, they did full x-rays of my entire mouth. The dentist found two cavities, which he showed me on the films, and we made a plan for me to return four days later, on Monday, to have the two cavities filled and repair the broken tooth. While sedated, he found eight more cavities in my mouth, and proceeded to drill and fill 11 of my teeth. I cannot understand how eight cavities can mysteriously appear in four days, and it is my belief that this dentist drilled healthy teeth to pad his wallet. My entire mouth is in pain, and I am unable to eat anything solid. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon board of dentistry"
