"I had coverage with MAC for two years. Payments were handled through IPFS (MAC's financial partner). In April, IPFS direct debited a large, unauthorized amount of funds from my bank account. IPFS stated to have no knowledge of the transaction, however the transaction details clearly pointed to their company (which was also confirmed by my bank's fraud investigator). I had to dispute the transaction, get a new bank account number and go through weeks of hassle. The MAC rep didn't care about any of that and their ONLY concern was me not missing a payment (they even hit me with a late fee that month because I was still in the middle of getting my new account set up!). I was beyond disappointed that neither MAC or IPFS cared whatsoever that my bank account was hacked through their service, nor did they offer any assistance or grace period on the matter. My thought was: if MAC didn't have my back in this instance, then how much are they going to have my back if I actually submitted an insurance claim? So I cancelled my coverage for loss of trust and on the grounds that their partner likely mishandled my financial information resulting in my bank account being compromised."

"I am so grateful that I found MAC insurance for my tiny house on wheels insurance. They have been quick to respond and are very knowledgable. If you have a tiny house on wheels, if you ever need to move properties, you have to add a trip endorsement to the policy. The last insurance agency I worked with was so difficult to get in touch with that it caused a lot of issues around the timing we were trying to move our house. MAC has been such a breath of fresh air, with same day response on important matters! I did a LOT of research and had a really difficult time finding insurance at the beginning of our tiny house building/living. I have now tried three different agents/policies, and so thankful that I finally found them! There are other options, and even slightly cheaper options, but I was never 100% sure that the policies I had in place would actually pay out if I ever had an issue. I feel very confident in the policy I have now that MAC helped me set up. If you have a tiny house on wheels, I would highly recommend working with them!"
