"Problems started from the very beginning! The reservation was rejected several times. We tried to get through to them, but it was impossible, the calls were dropped! Upon arrival at the cafe, no one greeted us or offered us a table, we found and chose a table ourselves. my husband asked the girl at the bar if we could sit at this table, the bartender answered yes! when we settled down, two people came up and brazenly began to kick us out, to which the girl behind the bar simply watched what was happening. As a result, we left, they didn’t even offer us anything! I guess these people are not familiar with the service!"

"We were excited to try Hye Life after seeing the menu online so we drove out to Bellevue to check it out. It's tucked into a strip mall with both indoor and outdoor seating. We got a table indoors and unfortunately they were out of some of the menu items we wanted. We ended up getting the fried khinkali, the BBQ ribs, and the BBQ sturgeon. Food was very good, especially the khinkali, but service could use a little improvement. The server was very friendly but at the same time spent quite a bit of time away from the table. We had wanted a refill on water and after waiting a while, we were able to flag someone down, who gave us a water jug that could've been on the table to start with. Nothing major, but it's not a great experience when you're thirsty and waiting for someone to check in on you. Other than that and missing menu items, everything was good and I feel comfortable recommending Hye Life. We will be back to try more things, the soup options looked particularly interesting."
