"We went for the first time, probably around 1:30pm. The wait was about an hour long. I don't understand their wait list. You get a text the first time, and it's only to wait in line. You end up waiting on line another 15-20 minutes. I wish I looked at what their inspection rating was because walking in this place already looked kind of dirty. We sat down, and I it was nice that they explained the ordering process. We did some ordering on the screen but couldn't order everything. Someone came over to tell us we had a screen that didn't work properly, so we would still need to go through one of the workers to order."

"I loved Kura Sushi in Japan so had to try it out here! The sushi was good but unfortunately, the karage looked hard, overcooked, and unappetizing - nothing like in the photos. We returned it to the kitchen. Overall, I wouldn't come back because I think there are better sushi places in the area."

"This is solid American style sushi, if you come expecting Japanese style and quality you will be disappointed. They have a wide selection of rolls of a varying degree, but the majority are good and fun. However, some do fall apart when trying to pick them up. Nigiri was good as well nothing amazing like Japan, but not low quality like other conveyor belt sushi restaurants here. The desserts like the mochi were surprisingly really good, the mochi was soft and fresh, not too sweet. We also had the ice cream with taiyaki and I loved it, crunchy, cold, and hot. It is a bit pricey, expect to pay around $40 - $50 per person here. If you want decent sushi quickly and a feel for Japan this is it."

"Kura Sushi - revolving sushi bar is a great place to eat and be entertained at the same time. There is always something happening…. A robot roaming around passing out drinks, a lower conveyor belt with revolving sushi and other foods, an upper belt with custom personally order sushi whizzing by. Even down to the plate disposal chute in front of your seat. I think it’s easy to keep on spending here as you want to try what’s coming up next…. Or you want to order from the kitchen and have it delivered on the upper conveyor belt. This place is fun for you, me, kids and everyone involved. To be honest the only time I saw an employee was to be seated…. I literally picked my own food, disposed of my plates and checked myself out…. Which brings me to tipping. I thought it was silly that they asked for a minimum of 18%. There is very little to no customer service. Anyhow, fun place to visit, good food and since I was my own waiter…. Good service! lol Try this place…. It’s fu!"

"Taste is very good! If you'd like, you do not have to talk to servers anymore after being seated! Drinks will be delivered with a robot. You can take food from the revolving bar. Food ordered seperately will be sent with a different conveyor. And the plate slot will count the number of plates automatically! After the meal, I got a free Snoopy badge which is so cute!!"
