"Store service was great. We bought an in-ground basketball hoop and paid for installation. The installer told us the ground wouldn’t allow for a hole to be dug, but the 65-year old homeowner was somehow able to do it alone. Zero stars for out of store experience."
"We bought some joggers from there, and they was on a medium hanger (we didn't check size was in a hurry) got home and realized it was a small. 3 days later tried to exchange them for proper size and they denied the exchange. They would even say why they denied the exchange. (Was no reason just a size exchange) I tried calling customer service and they said they can't do anything because it up to the individual store. So we are out the money we spent on the joggers."
"I came in to buy a bike to ride while I'm in Bend for the next couple of months. I have 2 at home in CA so I didn't want to spend a ton. I worked with Braden in the bike department who was super friendly from the start. He also turned out to be EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgable about the selection of mountain bikes. He explained the differences in all of the ones in stock and even noted the upgrades from the previous years' models. I decided on the one that I wanted and he did a quick tune up before I checked out. He was also the person who built the bike and I had zero complaints about any of the build. I always expect to have to do a little tweak here or there when I get it home but it was perfect as is. He was so awesome that I actually had him sign my bike the way they do for custom builds. I walked in expecting to get a generic employee who could just pull a bike down off the rack for me but I ended up with a high-end bike shop experience. Braden is absolutely stellar and I couldn't be happier with my new bike or his amazing level of service. It absolutely made my day."
