Tuck was quick to respond to my message and as soon as he figured out my husband I and were in over our heads, he called me and quickly got us powered up and charging. He then came out on a SUNDAY right after talking with me to assess our hydraulic leveling problem. He then took the time to patiently walk my very overwhelmed and frustrated husband and myself through the systems in our RV, making sure we understood much more clearly what we were doing.
