"Reasons you should *not* get your car repaired at Fix Em Haus: - Your car will be exposed on the street while waiting for the work to be done. - It will probably take 2-3 times longer to get your car repaired than you expect. - The owner has terrible communication skills and is a difficult person to work with. - You may get your car back without having all issues addressed and need to take your car to a different shop to get things completely repaired anyways. Reasons you should go to Fix Em Haus: - Cheaper than most places - May give you an extra discount if you pay in cash I won't be returning here and recommend you save yourself some sleep as well."

I've repeatedly tried to sort this out with Rich and he has ignored, deflected, and blamed others throughout. I won a small claims judgment for $5,000 against him which he refuses to address or respond to. Ask yourself if this is the type of person you want to deal with before going here."
