"Dentist and hygienist are fantastic. Front desk staff are lacking in their customer service abilities. Staff cancelled my appointment because I didn’t call to confirm, but then have the audacity to lie to my face and tell me the hygienist couldn’t make it but they did leave me a message. Not on my voicemail. Plenty of dental options available don’t waste your time with this office. If I could give it zero stars I would."

"I've always felt anxious about going to see the dentist, but my experience at Sunridge Dental Care went so smooth. The staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They have great hospitality. They even put my name on their "Welcome to the family" board - which I thought was pretty cool! Both the dentist and her assistant were very friendly and informative. "The my first visit was very thorough. The hygienist was gentle and made sure my teeth were clean. I had a thorough Oral cancer screening and 3D imaging was great to see my recession. I really appreciated to attention to detail. It was a lovely great first time experience. I know my husband had a different hygienist and my husband said he was great as well!"
