"So I didn’t get the chance to actually get seen but due to my experience I need to share. I called this clinic three times the day before my appointment to cancel because my father died the day before. They didn’t pick up so I figured it wasn’t worth it. I got a text asking to confirm the appointment, I told them no and to cancel. She proceeded to chew me out through iMessage. After seeing all of the other reviews on the receptionist, it makes sense."
"I was having some pain in my teeth and they were able to get me in right away. The dentist gave me a few options, but I ultimately decided to go with an extraction. It was quick and painless, and the doctor and assistant gave me important information about the aftercare. I’m so glad I decided to visit this office and would recommend it to others who are also thinking of doing so!"

Scheduling may not be the most important part of the process but at my age I get good intuition about the future experience during initial contact with the front desk. So far so good! Portland has many dental receptionists that could learn about simple, professional patient relations from the young man working here."
"If you’ve had any bad experiences with this dental office, I am confident to say that you would be able to come again with no regrets. I believe they have changed staff completely and many of the reviews were from long ago. Most of the current staff are new. I came to Sandy Dental in the past with a mediocre experience, but I decided to give them another chance. Their service was splendid and they didn’t hesitate to help me feel better if I needed anything. The dentists were very gentle and consistently asked if I was feeling any pain. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here again in the future! 11/10"
