"My issue with this dentist is actually with billing and the office assistant who on February 20 charged me a co-pay of $22.40 I did not owe. They and I have received an Explanation of my Benefits which shows $0 as a co-pay. I requested a refund by letter on February 27 and again on March 9. I have yet to receive it."
"I called them yesterday concerning a really bad tooth ache and they squeezed me in this morning. They did xrays and informed me of what needed to be done. I am very nervous going to the Dentist so needless to say I was scared! They performed the surgery the same day and for once in my life it didn’t hurt! Thank you all for overcoming my fears and making today painless! This was the Best Dental experience I ever had! See you all soon for the other work that is needed. Do you want a painless experience?
