"While Dr Mikkelson is delightfully entertaining, knowledgeable, has first class equipment and knows how to be as gentle as possible, hang in there for your billing NIGHTMARE. Billing staff refused to bill Medicare. Why, I don't know. Unless you are wealthy, I do not recommend this clinic. My son in Seattle paid half this amount for a crown and cleaning. My bill was over $2,000 for one crown, one cleaning. My income less than half of this bill, so I will be in debt for awhile."
