As far as the car itself goes, I swear it looks even better than before my accident! They were fast and communicated really well and I honestly picked them to begin with because the other shops I called first were not friendly and Olsen’s was super friendly and they did not disappoint. "Damaged my vehicle and got my car towed there before the holidays. The tow truck took it there even tho I told him it needs a mechanic. Brittany Byrd was the receptionist, she was very kind and understanding. She helped me get my vehicle to the right place and didn't charge any holding or storage fees even though it was there until a few days after Thanksgiving. Very appreciative and empathetic realizing how hard it was for me to go through this process."

"From the moment I decided to take my car to Olsen Auto Body & Collision after my accident to the moment I got my car back Brittany at the front desk had been incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental car, and it was looking like I wasn’t going to have a way to get to work..BAM.. Brittany has a loaner car for me to use. Brittany updated me regularly with what was going on with my car, and how long it would be until it was finished. I was originally quoted up to two months, but the car was done in just over a month. The thing looks brand new! Other than my bent license plate you would have no idea that the rear end of my car had been smashed like a soda can a month prior. Olsen’s crew did outstanding work, and they will be the only place I take my vehicle should I ever need auto body work done on my car again. Can’t recommend them enough!"
