Our experienced team will estimate, communicate with your insurance company, order parts, repair, paint, and wash your vehicle to make it look like new again. We also facilitate services like wheel alignments or restraint system work that we can't do in-house.
Our friendly office staff can help you schedule your repair, assist with insurance claims, arrange a rental car, and keep you updated throughout the repair process. We offer a free consultation before beginning any repairs, and all of our technicians are ASA and I-CAR certified. Brittany Byrd was the receptionist, she was very kind and understanding. She helped me get my vehicle to the right place and didn't charge any holding or storage fees even though it was there until a few days after Thanksgiving. "From the moment I decided to take my car to Olsen Auto Body & Collision after my accident to the moment I got my car back Brittany at the front desk had been incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Insurance didn’t want to pay for a rental car, and it was looking like I wasn’t going to have a way to get to work..BAM.. Brittany has a loaner car for me to use. Brittany updated me regularly with what was going on with my car, and how long it would be until it was finished. I was originally quoted up to two months, but the car was done in just over a month. The thing looks brand new! Other than my bent license plate you would have no idea that the rear end of my car had been smashed like a soda can a month prior. Olsen’s crew did outstanding work, and they will be the only place I take my vehicle should I ever need auto body work done on my car again. Can’t recommend them enough!"
