He was very patient with me as a novice, and over the course of multiple phone calls helped me put together a really great rig for a great price. What really blew me away was when I asked about different shooting lines or variations in line weight, it was clear that Callum had actually tried all sorts of different combinations and was speaking from experience, not just repeating marketing info.
