"We got no utensils with our meal. They made the hamburger wrong. If you needed something they forgot you had to wait longer than necessary."
"We ordered online and when we went to pick it up they couldn't find the order, that was literally sitting on the counter ready for us. By the time we got the food and got home it was gross. The grease from the 6 piece chicken had opened the container so when we went to take the box of chicken out the chicken stayed in the bag. The chicken was cold, biscuits were cold and hard and the worst thing of all was that every single nugget was so hard and overcooked they went straight into the garbage. My son gave one to the dog who refused to eat it. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were the only things that were edible. Almost $70 for mashed potatoes and gravy. Happy Christmas Eve!"
"Never coming to this location again. I usually don’t eat fast food but to treat myself I decided to go with my daughter. Around 8:10 pm we ordered two 8 piece nuggets combos. 1. The guy at the window does not deserve the position he is in. His has ZERO customer service experience and need to be trained on making the customers welcomed and should appreciate having a job in this economy. I asked for honey mustard and Bar b q he aggressively grab honey mustard and snarled they didn’t have BBQ This fries were cold and hard and the chicken nuggets were cold as well…like seriously a restaurant that profits from freshly fried chicken…this missed the mark and I’ve wasted $24. Im so unimpressed that I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to the north end if I want KFC in the future but I highly doubt it…this was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location until the food quality and customer service is up to par"
