Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

"My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time. We ordered through DoorDash Delivery. I ordered 6 boneless wings and was given around 13 small breaded crumbs that were too hard to even nibble on. There was no meat on them, and it seemed like these were all crumbs left at the bottom of a bowl of wings. I probably got 1 1/2 of actual chicken wing, and that’s being generous. Upon first seeing it, I thought they maybe had just given me a lot of tiny boneless wings. However, I soon realized this wasn’t the case as they were all inedible. Never ordering from here again!"

"Decent Experience, Average Food I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time with my family, armed with a $25 gift card. While our overall experience was decent, there were some ups and downs. We opted for the basic burger with added bacon, but unfortunately, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being too crispy, detracting from the overall enjoyment of the meal. The burger itself was average, nothing extraordinary. On the bright side, the atmosphere was lively, with TVs everywhere creating a cool ambiance. We chose to sit in the bar area, which was family-friendly and accommodating for my 10-year-old son. As for drinks, I enjoyed a Guinness while my son sipped on a Shirley Temple, both of which were satisfactory. When the bill arrived, we found ourselves spending a bit more than anticipated, with the total coming out to $31 after splitting the burger and fries. Despite the mixed experience, I wouldn't completely write off Buffalo Wild Wings. I might consider revisiting with just my wife for a different perspective."

"Placed an order over the phone because their app wasn’t working. When I arrived, 20 minutes later, my order was wrote down on a sheet of paper, not actually input into their system. I had a very limited time on my dinner break, and had to choose somewhere else to eat due to the amount of time it would take for my order to get cooked. If the app doesn’t work, then I’ll have to stick to going to the physical restaurant instead of the Buffalo Wild Wings to go. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but phoning in will not save you any time in the ordering process."

"Oh boy. My order was 1.5 hours late, and one of the cooks came out to yell at all of us for being upset that they were so far behind schedule. I called my order in right after opening for pickup 4 hours later. I came in at 3:10, and didn't leave until 4:40. Here's why I gave three stars instead of one: the manager was fantastic. Super patient with the customers and immediately relieved the worker who started yelling at us. She also processed all of the refunds, and went in the back to help the kitchen. I've got a lot of respect for a leader that will get in the trenches with the joes. I recognize super bowl Sunday is crazy, and this was a learning experience for them as a newly opened restaurant. I hope they can better accommodate in the future. The wings were tasty. And since they were so behind, they were quite fresh. But that 1.5 hour wait time for a scheduled service was rouggggh."

"Terribly sauced wings served after almost TWO HOURS of waiting. Wings were supposed to be hot bbq, pretty sure they sauced it with something else. This franchise completely failed under pressure. Employees were literally arguing and yelling at each other before yelling At customers. This place is trash."
