"Loft was super organized and even had whole sections that were separated by size. I wanted to find a nice white top for a Save the Date photo and was able to choose from about 12 clean white ones that were all an additional 40% off. Honestly they would have been too expensive otherwise ($79). There were tons of style options and the sales women were friendly, but not overbearing. Which I very much appreciated!"
"Staff completely ignored me. Didn’t offer to help or try to connect with me at all. Sounded like they had a friend trying on clothes when I was there and staff were completely consumed by her trying on outfits. Totally different experience from the Gig Harbor store. I won’t come to this store again."
"I went in with my wife. She looked through the entire store and not once did the 2 sales people speak to either of us. They were too caught up in their conversation with each other I guess. Anyway not a great experience. The store was very clean and well organized though."

Very comfortable, stylish, affordable clothing! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Returns are accepted according to policy with no issues whatsoever."
