"beautiful range, very poor customer service from sales to the manager. Polite but they dont follow typical sales procedure. Wanted to get this unit installed as soon as possible sales said they would arrange this. There has been absolutely no follow up from the installer or the sales person. Went to the warehouse very unprofessional. Picked up the unit and installed it. Still no follow up as would be expected on a higher end range. Called the manager Ryan, no apology for the bad service. Very curt. Was not familiar with his own products or the sales information. More training is needed."

I worked with Eric, who clearly was interested in what would work best for ME, not in selling me the most expensive range that he could. He was very knowledgeable about the available products, and I was reassured by his candor.
