While I acknowledge that I lack the expertise or qualifications to offer advice, I do have a couple of suggestions for the owner that might enhance the overall experience. Firstly, there are two delightful ladies who have served me coffee, but I've noticed some inconsistency in the quality, resulting in a varied coffee experience depending on who prepares it. It might be beneficial to work on achieving greater consistency in the coffee-making process. Additionally, have you considered establishing a presence on Instagram? By doing so, you could potentially reach a different demographic that may not be active on Facebook."
