"Take a sip before you pull away. Double checking is needed every few stops through. Not sure if it's a new hire issue or what. Everyone is super friendly though!"
"Always a great experience except for when they get too nosey. Also if you're into the Dutch freeze don't let them sub it with a carborator. It's really awful and not at all the same. I will sh the would turn their music down so I could hear what they're saying and I didn't have to repeat myself at the window 30 times."
"I've gone here a dozen times in passing hoping to have an improved experience. I've never had my drink made right. Always watered down. Charged 8 dollars for a 16 oz drink that is bland as can be. Ask for almond milk, get water."
"Is this establishment supposed to be a drive up or a drive-in? I do enjoy the awesome atmosphere, but the wait times for employees to talk to and another employee that is off the clock?? Multiple employees at one window and my wait time was over 10-15 minutes? That's an EPIC FAILURE, 3 to 4 people in one window and a customer has to wait? And there was one drink ordered/handed to the girl in the truck. St.Helens needs the owner to re-adjust this establishment back to what it was when he was there, Service was perfect and Quick!! The opposite window served several vehicles during my wait, to the point I almost had to leave. Very upset"
"Stopped by after visiting the St. Helen's visitors center. Would we go anywhere else? We love DB! As always, super friendly service and delicious drinks. The hot chocolates were a hit after a chilly day at the mountain."
