"Set up an appointment with them and the lady was very friendly and seemed nice. The reason they are only getting 2 stars right now is because they called 1 hour before the appointment and said Brian was sick but rescheduled for the same time the next day. I waited at home for a majority of the day today and no call, no show. This is the 3rd time THIS WEEK that a repair man said they were coming to fix my dryer and then they didn’t show up. So as you can see I am very frustrated. A call would of been nice. Wasted most of my Saturday."

"I will be recommending his company to friends and family in the area!!!! Brian came to our rescue this last Friday, on 1/11/2019! Our Washer was not starting. Luckily he was able to order us the Control Panel for our unit! We offered to pay extra for over night shipping, so he could install the new part on the following Monday! I received a call that Monday morning, and he was able to fit us in that evening! The washer is now working great!"

"I have been trying to get my, less than 1 year old, Amana fridge repaired by Brain through Whirlpool for over 2 months (Jan 31). He said he would have the part in 2 days. I haven't heard from him since. The day after he was here my fridge went out completely. I was gone for 2 days and lost ALL MY FOOD. I called Brian- voice mailbox is full. I texted him it was an emergency. No response. Whirlpool has made multiple calls to him also. STILL NO response and a fridge that makes such loud noises that I am awakened 2x per hour ALL NIGHT LONG!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!"

"At a friend's recommendation, I called Brian more than a month and a half ago requesting service but didn't hear back. I called a couple more times over the next week and finally got ahold of him. When his tech came out, he diagnosed the problem and said he'd order the part and get back to me in a few days. After more than a week, I called again to see what the status was, and he finally came out to install the part only to discover he had the wrong part. He said he'd be back in an hour or so with the right part. That was more than three weeks ago, and I have heard absolutely nothing from him. I have left several messages and have now chosen to use another appliance repair service. Thankfully, I have not paid Brian a cent yet, and if he has the nerve to send a bill, I will certainly not be paying it. The only reason I let the drama drag on this long is because I had another washing machine within easy reach. I certainly could not have gone this long without clean laundry otherwise! I am a patient person and have never submitted a negative review before, but this has been absolutely ridiculous!!!"
