"Poorly managed, many, but not all, of the employees are unprofessional. Very often they do not have in stock what their inventory states is in stock. Theft is high and this is the excuse given for the inventory errors, no matter if it is a nail, roofing materials, lawn equipment, retaining wall blocks, etc. Lots of orange aprons running around looking busy, often just talking to each other. Nobody is responsible for anything. Aisles are always blocked with materials or equipment. Employees just walk on by, or often get in your way too, without offering help as you clear a path to get down the aisle. I hate going there, but often there is no choice. Been to some great Home Depots, this is by for the worst!"

"After a nice employee, help me load three 6x8 ft panels into the back of my truck. 400 lb of concrete 4x4s 2x4s with my truck was completely loaded. He walked away in another employee, came out when I went to close my door. He stood in front of it and demanded a receipt when I told him. I just spent the last 20 minutes loading this but another employee. He demanded a receipt again and said that I could not leave.... I'm an honorably discharged veteran who does not steal when I told him to back up out of my car or I would back him up. He offered to fight me... When I told him I wanted to speak to her manager and he said no. I drove forward, got out of my truck and went to go find a manager in which he followed me yelling. Oh now you're going to go tell effing lies to the managers.. know what kind of drug addicts home Depot is hiring but that was a horrible experience and I will never ever put up with that again"

"I give this 4 Stars instead of five because although they always have what I need, I usually have to wait a long time for paint, and get someone to cut artificial turf or flooring rolls or anything that is locked and it gets old. On the other hand, staff have been very helpful with assistance in the wood department and always offered to help me load it into my trailer not sometimes but every time and I appreciate them in the wood department."

"Only good thing is two employees one named Frank the other Omar. Finding help is near impossible and finding help without an attitude, ha good luck. Now having said that, Frank and Omar shocked us with how helpful and friendly they were. First time in 10 years that has happened here!! They usually have what we need at an okay price but getting it off the shelves is another story."
