"Used to shop here 3 or 4 times a week. Loved looking thru the silverware, dishes and toys, and buying toys for my grandkids and silverware for myself. Now they put what they want you to buy in sealed bags, that way they can sell all their free junk and you can’t pick the items you want . I’m done supporting the goodwill that has no good will. I guess I will stick to garage sales and estate sales."

"I'm so happy to have driven 30 minutes from South Bend just to find out they don't have a dressing room here. What's the point of even stocking clothes?"

"Used to go at least 2 to 3 times and spend between 20 to 70 a week but go less and less now the prices are to sporadic sometimes more than retail new and the employee Richard is rude as hell and confronts people constantly maybe they should take some of that job training donation money and retrain him"

"Went to drop off some bags to donate this older gentleman with a beard pulled the cart out but wouldn't pull it up to the curb because it was raining I pulled it closer he pulled it back I pulled it closer he pulled it back I pulled it closer he pulled it back I just looked at him like what. He said nothing can get wet it was raining. We don't take things that are wet they were in garbage bags plastic garbage bags. Of course they won't lift a finger to help you. He said that's just the way it's gotta be. I just kind of looked at him like this is so weird. Then he yelled HAVE A NICE DAY! Very condescending. I've never been treated so badly. This guy was a complete jerk. I will donate to any place but this place from now on!!"

"Really rude and argumentive cashier. I asked if there was paper to wrap my glass items and he said no. I queried as to why this is. Not donated so it isn't offered. I suggested that maybe some basic customer service would be nice and he gave me attitude. Considering that everything is free and donated. Will not be visiting again."
